The mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000 is a high quality centralized, multi-format and metadata-rich ingest system that transfers material between editors, devices, servers and network folders. Using an automated method, the system starts the ingest process, preserving camera metadata, including XMPilot XDCAM, and supporting new audio swap and replace capabilities.
Editing while the media is being transfered saves time and money, getting material in and out as swiftly as possible. The mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000 supports growing files ingest from any professional broadcast format, including Quicktime (.mov), meaning a perfect match for Final Cut Pro editors.
Since the ingest process is critical for the success of any production, the mxfSPEEDRAIL reduces errors and costs by moving media between servers and editors, with faster than real time speeds and multiple simultaneous transfers. It also supports the generation of high resolution and low resolution formats, increasing your productivity.
The F1000 has trim and merge capabilities, giving finer control to what is sent to the production area. The clip preview is also a perfect enhancement that will allow the user to seamlessly control its video contents.
The mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000 is an extremely efficient system for file-based workflows that allows the user to monitor every step of the ingest process, being able to unify the media formats through the same workflow with a capable and solid transcoding chain.
The mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000 enables the full control of your ingest operations through a unique interface environment, by being able to preview content through SDI on Broadcast Monitors, enhancing your Quality Control operations.
mxfSPEEDRAIL is now supporting a new add-on feature that enables Quality Check of media contents during the ingest process, by analysing the video, the wrapper and the audio files. A special highlight for the integration with IRT MXF Analyzer, which performs an MXF file analysis with respect to conformance to the MXF SMPTE standard and to conformance to certain application parameters such as operational pattern, essence container constraints or payload formats.
Monitoring, configuration and operation are all straightforward using mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000 intuitive and centralized web-based GUI, acessible from anywhere in the network.
