Phone Interview
If your profile matches our requirements for the role, we will contact you by phone. In this first contact we will make a brief presentation of the company and the conditions associated with the job, followed by some questions about you and your professional path. If there is a match of expectations, we will schedule a new interview.
1First Interview
During the second interview we will ask you a set of questions in order to get to know, in detail, your professional experience, as well as your main soft and hard skills. In this interview we will also answer all your questions about the operation of our company and the activities related with the role you are being recruited for.
2Technical Test
For some positions, in addition to the second interview, we will carry out a technical test. This test aims to evaluate your performance in the use of certain programs or programming languages essential for the performance of the role.
